Sushi
Facts, tips and ideas about Sushi — and how to find people for it.
Did you know?
Sushi was originally a preservation method — fish was fermented in rice for months, and the rice was a throwaway side. Today's form, “nigiri”, was invented by Hanaya Yohei around 1820 in Edo (now Tokyo) — as fast street food for dock workers.

Tip
Dip the fish end into the soy sauce, not the rice. Rice soaks it up and falls apart — a brief touch on the fish side is enough and tastes noticeably cleaner.
