Did you know?
With an arrangement, the mat gets rolled out on the sluggish days too. That's exactly what it's good for.
The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root *yuj* — to join, to bring together. The oldest descriptions are found in the Upanishads, around 2,500 years old.

Tip
Yoga is more fun with two — and you see where the other's posture slips.
The breath leads the movement, not the other way around. If your breath catches, the pose is too deep — one step back, and you're actually practicing.
Inspiration
You don't need to be flexible to do yoga. You do yoga to become flexible.
A small challenge
Yoga for two: one of you calls the poses, the other follows. With someone beside you, you hold every pose longer than you would alone.
Break the ice
“How did you end up doing yoga — chance or on purpose?”
“Which pose do you like least — and which one feels like coming home?”
